Collected data is used solely to:

  • Provide the Bot’s core functionality
  • Track available generations
  • Process payments and add purchased credits
  • Prevent abuse (rate limiting)

User messages are not stored permanently and are used only to generate a response.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

The Bot does not store:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Payment details
  • Billing information

Only a payment identifier and purchased credit amount are used to update the user’s balance.

4. Data Storage

  • User data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database
  • Access is restricted to the Bot itself
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for the Bot to operate

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except:

  • Stripe (for payment processing)
  • AI providers (to generate prompts based on user input)

6. Adult Content Disclaimer

This Bot is intended strictly for adults (18+). Any content involving minors or illegal material is prohibited and automatically rejected.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Used or unused credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. User Rights

Users may stop using the Bot at any time. If you want your data removed, you may contact the Bot administrator.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot means acceptance of the updated policy.

Refund Policy

This page explains our refund policy for purchased credits or services.

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final. Once a payment is made, the amount cannot be refunded. This applies to both used and unused credits.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.
